Rapids Jet Cancellation / Refund Policy

Cancellations – Rapids Jet reserves the right to cancel any service as a result of weather conditions, insufficient reservations; or any other unforeseen event or circumstance.

Refunds – are entirely at the discretion of Rapids Jet. Each case will be dealt with on an individual basis.
In the event of a ‘No Show, No Contact’ by the client no refund will be given.

If the client is at Rapids Jet river base waiting to board the boat and Rapids Jet cancels the trip due to bad weather or mechanical breakdown, a refund will be given to the client. If the client has booked through an independent booking agent we will authorize a refund, and the refund will have to come from the booking agent minus their booking charges.

TERMS OF USE

Rapids Jet Limited makes this web, including all information, files, text, graphics, software, and products available for your use subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this page and any changes to this document that we may publish from time to time (collectively, the “Terms of Use”).

PRICING

This website contains price information. The price advertised may not be the same price charged to the credit card account due to exchange rate fluctuations. This means that because we are based in New Zealand, we have to convert your purchase to New Zealand dollars at the exchange rate on the day it is processed. So if you purchase on this website, you will always be charged the equivalent in New Zealand dollars at the bank exchange rate of the day.
